Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–8 business days after payment has been confirmed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high order volume or any delays, we will notify you promptly by email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We currently ship within the United States. Standard shipping generally takes 5–8 business days, depending on your location. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional cost.

Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email. Please allow a few days for tracking updates to appear.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.
Damages & Lost Packages
Bowlzy is not responsible for items damaged or lost during shipping. If your package arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Be sure to save all packaging materials and the damaged items before filing.
